    Depending on the package selected, you may also enjoy a choice of wine, prosecco or champagne. We also provide complimentary water and soda or soft drinks with all our picnic setups. Please note that the quantity of drinks is offered according to the number of people booked, ensuring a refreshing and enjoyable experience for all guests.
  • Is there a deposit charged at the time of booking?
    Yes, a deposit of 20% to 50% is charged at the time of booking to secure and confirm your reservation. Please check the cancellation policy for further information.
  • What is the cancellation policy?
    The booking can be cancelled 10 business days prior to the scheduled event. Our cancellation policy stipulates that the deposit is refundable only if the cancellation is made at least 10 days prior to the scheduled event. For last-minute bookings, specific cancellation terms will be discussed and outlined in the contract.
  • What happens in case of bad weather?
    In the event of bad weather, we understand the importance of flexibility. In cases of light rain or windy weather, we are pleased to upgrade your experience to our cozy bubble tent setup (accommodating up to 4 people) at no extra cost. For more severe weather conditions, we will work with you to reschedule your picnic to a more suitable date.
  • How far in advance should I book a picnic setup?
    We recommend booking your picnic setup 2-3 weeks in advance - especially if booking for the weekend -to secure your preferred date. Our calendar tends to fill up quickly, so early reservations ensure we can accommodate your request and create a memorable experience for you.
